Q22

Q22 owes its name to the words "quality" and "quartz", because quartz crystal was the main inspiration for the architects who designed the tower. The monolithic nature of the building with delicately broken surfaces and the glass and aluminum elevation with simple divisions emphasize its dynamic character. The 195-meter building located in the very center of Warsaw at the intersection of Al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Grzybowska provides 54,000 sq m (42 above-ground and 5 underground floors) of modern and fully ecological premium office space. The building was put into use in 2016. On the ground floor and first floor of the building there is space designated for commercial and service activities, in which there are catering establishments, a café, a hairdressing salon, a beauty salon and the Aora Conference Center, which will be opened in the fall of 2024. The 14th floor offers access to a fitness club. The remaining floors house office space arranged in class A, which provides tenants with the highest standard of work. Tenants include Deloitte, Linklaters, White&Case, William Demant, Omni Office and Savills.

The users of the Q22 office building have 348 parking spaces available in the underground garage, including charging stations for electric vehicles. In addition, a three-minute walk away, at Rondo ONZ, there is a station of metro line II.

Q22 is one of the most ecological office buildings in Warsaw. The building was the first in Poland to receive the BREEAM In-Use certificate in the latest International Commercial V6 assessment standard at the Outstanding level, which was also confirmed during the re-examination of the building in the year. The office building also boasts WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Occupied Gold certificates, which confirm the use of state-of-the-art technologies and user-friendly solutions.
